His career was highlighted to special investigative assignments including the Metro Detail where he investigated kidnap for ransom and murder for hire cases, pattern & series robberies and threats against public officials. He was soon promoted to the elite Sheriff’s Homicide Bureau where he spent the last seven years of his career, investigating more than one-hundred cases of homicide, suicide, accidental, recreational and industrial death and officer-involved shooting incidents.
